Used Checkers Sixty60 for the first time, they far outshine the competitors who either take a day to deliver, or repeatedly get orders wrong. My Sixty60 arrived promptly, well packed and the delivery guy was polite and helpful. The items were standard supermarket, and within sell by, and packaging undamaged. I 'bought' the monthly delivery option, and had more money back in discounts than the cost thereof. Only negative was the payment process confused me and I inadvertently double ordered, and a few items were out of stock. Will use them again happily.
3rd purchase, and am impressed by the following: Items in stock where shown, and in great condition, prices competitive Payment and options flawless Delivery company FASTWAY was fast, drivers polite, all good.
I often use Takealot, and while there may be glitches in a product, Takealot react very quickly, and overdeliver. I am constantly amazed at the great service culture of this company. Example, bought leather bag, after a couple of weeks, zipper faulty, within a week they had collected and delivered new bag. Oh, and the prices are very competitive and choices outstanding.
RCS is a business that handles accounts for retailers. It seems that there modus operandi is to harass people from the moment they open an account ( I opened an Edgars account in late February, and they harass me daily for money that I don't owe, and I have proof that I have paid in full on time.) in order to garner the small change from people generated by their odd system of having call centre staff harassing people endlessly, and then charging the client a fee for eg-sending smses, email.

First, staff are great. Problem, 1. one cannot contact anyone beyond call centre level. 2. Edgars use a shifty company called RCS to run their accounts- there one cannot contact anyone aside from call centre level either. 3. reopened an account- in the space of 1 month, they (RCS on behalf of Edgars) started harassing me for money. Money which I was and did pay. Now 5 months later- no change- according to them I owe, I owe. So. Edgars this complaint is for you for using this RCS, and for your management hiding behind a call centre. SHAME ON YOU! The great floor staff work on efloors empty of clients - I wonder why?
We really needed to unwind. Called Sun International service centre, and a very helpful Lerato managed to find me a spot at Sun City. She found us a great rate, Then last week, on arrival, I was happy to see the place had come through lockdown in good shape. We felt safe with the covid precautions.The staff were friendly, helpful, a pleasure to deal with. Accommodation was clean, and comfortable, and the meals that we ate were tasty and fresh. Overall, a happy experience, well recommended.
This has also happened to me, CellC and WASP. See that it is a long standing fraud scheme perpetrated by ?????Cell C? wasp? BBC700???? This is straight forward fraud. They say "oh you must have subscribed. No, I did not. Perhaps when I changed my contract your staff subscribed on my behalf? As it started then.This is such a happy place for crooks. Cell phones and contracts. No one can really do anything. The amounts are not so high as to warrant a court case, but still do hurt. I am unemployed and angry with the thieves!
They do Kirby repairs, and I was well surprised as this is such a premium brand, I thought I would not be able to afford repairs. Not so, this gentleman is helpful, and not into ripping off people. nice to know people still care. #30in30
Geldhof chocolates are excellent. They are local, but 'Belgium". What I love is that although they are speciality, they are quite inexpensive. I have bought at their factory shop, great selection and discounted, and their Douglasdale store has great variety as well, and as said, not expensive. Yummy. #30in30
