Poor service

The first problem is that I can’t make an appointment for alterations. We ordered dresses that was measured by their consultants and it does not fit at all. They made a mistake and I must just be patient and wait? As a bride you have enough to worry about. I thought Gelique would be perfect because they will make the dress to fit you. When I come back I have to wait for more than an hour just to get helped because I can’t make an appointment.
