Poor Customer Service
Not only do you pay to get your brides****s measured, but then they measure your brides**** just to get the measurements wrong. They were also not willing to courier the dress to us on their expense since it was their mistake in the first place. Awful service and customer care from Gelique

Disgusting service, they dont care about there customers
For a Business what specialized in dresses for Majorly of the time weddings you would think that the service you get from them is good. Well you would be very mistaken. A mother of the bride ordered and dress from them for her daughters wedding. They personally took her measurements and made assurance that the dress would come out perfect, well that was a lie. on her first fitting the whole top of the dress was wrong and need to be redone and corrected (but the dress fitted her perfectly) on the second fitting they fixed the top of the dress but now all of a sudden the dress is to big for her and slips down if she moves ... HOW ON THIS GREAT GREEN EARTH do you get that right. Do you know what they told her ...... Get fashion tap we closing we cant help you. ARE YOU JOKING YOU ARE PATHETIC YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT GOOD SERVICE IS You made the mess you should have fixed it. Do yourself a favor and dont waste your time and money at Gelique its not worth the stress

WORST AND TERRIBLE SERVICE, INCOMPETENT DESIGNERS!! Not worth what you are paying for!!
What a disappointment of a so called “bridesmaid dress” designer. 1. Apon our first visit the lady was rude and not helpful at all. She wanted to get the time over and got annoyed everything I asked her a question. 2. With our 2nd visit, we got assisted by a friendly lady however only when collecting the dresses we discovered she did not do what we asked and our dresses (that came out their catalog) was wrong. 3. I was supposed to collect the dresses on the 17th of July - received NO email or phone call informing me that I can collect my dresses. A week later I phoned then asking whether its done. What kind of service is this??Being the bride you have a lot on your mind, the least they can do is send a message: Your dresses are ready for collection?? 4. I only had 3 bridesmaids so its not a lot of work. 2 of the girls dresses were completely wrong and measured incorrectly!! I had to pay additional R600 to get it fixed. 5. 2 days before the wedding, my one bridesmaids dress was STILL too long and wide after she had been there multiple times taking measurements. For a company making mass production dresses on a daily basis, this was the worst service I have ever delt with. These dresses were not cheap and every time I had to pay more to get THEIR mistakes/ incompetence fixed. This was the most unpleasant experience and I do not recommend their services.

Poor service
The first problem is that I can’t make an appointment for alterations. We ordered dresses that was measured by their consultants and it does not fit at all. They made a mistake and I must just be patient and wait? As a bride you have enough to worry about. I thought Gelique would be perfect because they will make the dress to fit you. When I come back I have to wait for more than an hour just to get helped because I can’t make an appointment.

Poor service
The first problem is that I can’t make an appointment for alterations. We ordered dresses that was measured by their consultants and it does not fit at all. They made a mistake and I must just be patient and wait? As a bride you have enough to worry about. I thought Gelique would be perfect because they will make the dress to fit you. When I come back I have to wait for more than an hour just to get helped because I can’t make an appointment.

A huge bouquet to Simour and Team.. Your service to satisfy a customer is exceptional. Thank you for going beyond the call of duty to make up my mask with my requested colour and getting it courierd to me on the same day in time for my occassion. Your masks are of an excetional quality and will recommend it any time... Thank you once again Gelique

Terrible customer service at this brisdemaid dress company
This company offers custom made bridesmaid dresses- but although they take measurements the dresses made did not fit- mine was 9.5 cm too long and Gelique would not recompense me for the alteration, despite me taking my concern to the director. Such disappointing service- AVOID this company if you want a stress free wedding, please!
