WORST AND TERRIBLE SERVICE, INCOMPETENT DESIGNERS!! Not worth what you are paying for!!

What a disappointment of a so called “bridesmaid dress” designer. 1. Apon our first visit the lady was rude and not helpful at all. She wanted to get the time over and got annoyed everything I asked her a question. 2. With our 2nd visit, we got assisted by a friendly lady however only when collecting the dresses we discovered she did not do what we asked and our dresses (that came out their catalog) was wrong. 3. I was supposed to collect the dresses on the 17th of July - received NO email or phone call informing me that I can collect my dresses. A week later I phoned then asking whether its done. What kind of service is this??Being the bride you have a lot on your mind, the least they can do is send a message: Your dresses are ready for collection?? 4. I only had 3 bridesmaids so its not a lot of work. 2 of the girls dresses were completely wrong and measured incorrectly!! I had to pay additional R600 to get it fixed. 5. 2 days before the wedding, my one bridesmaids dress was STILL too long and wide after she had been there multiple times taking measurements.

For a company making mass production dresses on a daily basis, this was the worst service I have ever delt with. These dresses were not cheap and every time I had to pay more to get THEIR mistakes/ incompetence fixed. This was the most unpleasant experience and I do not recommend their services.
