Rude and Dismissive Customer Service at Brackenfell Branch

I had a very disappointing experience at Gelmar’s Brackenfell branch.

I politely asked a staff member for the customer service contact number, which should be a simple request. Instead of being assisted, I was met with a rude, dismissive, and unprofessional attitude. The staff member was unhelpful and made me feel uncomfortable for asking a basic question.

This level of service is unacceptable, especially from a well-known and trusted brand. Customers should never feel belittled or disrespected when seeking assistance.

Customer service reflects a company’s values, and unfortunately, my experience at the Brackenfell branch fell far below acceptable standards. I hope Gelmar takes this feedback seriously and addresses staff professionalism to prevent similar experiences for other customers.
