I went there(Rustenburg branch) to apply for a credit, they said i should pay deposit fee after paying i was told that i do not qualify

I went there(Rustenburg branch) to apply for a credit, they said i should pay deposit fee after paying i was told that i do not qualify. The lady that works there took my receipt and promised to pay back my money after 7days, now they are saying that they want a receipt I tried to explain that it was taken by the sales lady but i do have proof of payment on my bank statement but they are refusing to pay back my money
