Genediagnostics - Bad service received

Not impressed with the service received. Their policy states that results will be in within 7-10 working days but that isn't the reality even after making full payment. Why do I need to call and make follow-ups if there are delays? This is unacceptable service!! I wouldnt recommend your services to others
