Absolutely appalling practice
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from both the doctor and the receptionist at Fourways Hospital. During my visit to the hospital, the doctor failed to introduce himself, provide a diagnosis, or explain the course of treatment. When I attempted to schedule a follow-up appointment, I encountered the same unprofessional attitude. Today, on November 01, 2024, I called to request a copy of my medical report and was informed that it would take a week to process my request. While still on the phone with the receptionist, she abruptly hung up on me. I am appalled by the rudeness and lack of professionalism displayed by the receptionist, who is responsible for interacting with patients on a daily basis. I will never use this practice ever again. I kindly request that you address this matter and ensure that appropriate measures are taken to improve the quality of service provided by your hospital. Thank you for your attention to this matter. shocking service !!!!
Dr Kozaczynski ( general surgeon ) based at Fourways Life Hospital, do NOT even attempt to book an appointment with this doctor, and the receptionist 'Ursula' is rude & very unhelpful, & has no clue how to talk to clients over the phone, clearly has no experience being a receptionist - we had to wait over 4 days to even get feedback from the doctor looking at some results - always the excuse you get ' the doctor is very busy ' - but let your patients wait over 4 days, unacceptable !!!!
