I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received from both the doctor and the receptionist at Fourways Hospital. During my visit to the hospital, the doctor failed to introduce himself, provide a diagnosis, or explain the course of treatment. When I attempted to schedule a follow-up appointment, I encountered the same unprofessional attitude. Today, on November 01, 2024, I called to request a copy of my medical report and was informed that it would take a week to process my request. While still on the phone with the receptionist, she abruptly hung up on me. I am appalled by the rudeness and lack of professionalism displayed by the receptionist, who is responsible for interacting with patients on a daily basis. I will never use this practice ever again. I kindly request that you address this matter and ensure that appropriate measures are taken to improve the quality of service provided by your hospital. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I was asked for a R600 cash deposit on any quote, and was told my respray would be R110k, no quote was given, 😒 I went somewhere else and was given a feee quote, they charged me R22.6k
I had your plumbers at my unit on 2 occasions, what a total *******, the 1st one came and told me my thermostat is broken, and proceeded to replace it with a new one, the problem continued the next day, apparently 2 Supervisors came to see what the problem was, I was told that they needed to order a part, they couldn't tell me what part but all they said it will tale time and it will be expensive!! I knew that something was not right, so I took the thermostat to a Plumbing Company to have said thermostat tested, low and behold it was un perfect working condition!!!!! I asked an independent plumber to help me, it took them 30/45 minutes to fix my problem. You have extremely dishonest plumbers working for you, I have asked the trustees of my complex to forward the email I sent them, and to date I have not even received a phone call or an email back. I will never ever use your company and I urge anyone to do the same, esp women!!! 0/10
