On the Decline

Both of my children have been birthed at Genesis 2 years apart. Initially the feedback I received from family was positive, but from my 2 experiences it is clear that the quality of service at the clinic is declining.

On top of that I continuously receive communication about an outstanding payment where I have sent numerous email with proof of payment attached and get no response.
