No Service

It is appalling that when your generator breaks down still under warranty, that these companies does not have rentals or pick up and delivery services. I bought a gripp generator only 4 months ago and now it gives trouble. Desperate need during load shedding and I am told that it will take a couple of days to fix leaving me in the dark once again.
