If i could give a no star i would. 21 December was my Autistic son's 5th birthday. Although he barely ever askes for anthing, he does love alphabet letters, numbers and jumping. Seeing that he doesnt really have friends(not that it bothers him) we thaught it well to order him a jumping castle for his birthday, where we as a family can play and laugh with him. Oh how he would love it, he's smile lights up the entire room, and his laugh is so addictive. Autism children are so special, so smart. And today im kind of glad that my son has autism, him not really understanding the whole birthday part yet, because then he will not be as dissapointed as i am for Georgies Inflatables not delivering his jumping castle that should have been here on the 20th already. We called, and emailed and whatsapps but nothing, not even im sorry.... I am so dissapionted, so sad. How can you just feel nothing? How can you sleep at night knowing a little child was negatively impacted by your actions and you dont do anything about it. And they dont respond, they post on their whatsapp status, they go about their day, I even asked for my money back. Then suddenly so many excuses and apologies, promising to deliver for new years eve,we gave them another chance, hoping to bring joy to our sons world,I even followed up. We waited and waited, nothing, no replies, nothing. All of this dissapointment, just wanting to bring our son a bit of happiness. People are cruel. Today is 20 January and after numerous whatsapps, pleading still no money. Several people complaining about them. The owner Francois also doesnt care
