I phoned Geoty looking for a 34 side tipper for rental, I spoke to a consultant a very humble guy. He set up a meeting for me to come to the office to do the paperwork and pay the deposit. I was happy with the terms so hence i want to go ahead with booking the machine. I did let them know that i will only make payment today 27/03/2023. Now they dropped me last minute telling me they cant help me anymore they have given it to someone else. This is really bad service my job is on the line! What sort of Customer Service is this! I demand the Manager to call me and resolve this
