Bad Service
I phoned Geoty looking for a 34 side tipper for rental, I spoke to a consultant a very humble guy. He set up a meeting for me to come to the office to do the paperwork and pay the deposit. I was happy with the terms so hence i want to go ahead with booking the machine. I did let them know that i will only make payment today 27/03/2023. Now they dropped me last minute telling me they cant help me anymore they have given it to someone else. This is really bad service my job is on the line! What sort of Customer Service is this! I demand the Manager to call me and resolve this

Scam!!!!Big Scam!!!!
This company is a scam. My lawyers couldn't even resolve my quiry with them and they don't answer call nor emails.

Scam
I ordered and paid for panels in April which they confirmed to have in stock. Once payment was done, all of a sudden they no longer had stock and promised to refund. More than three after, I am still waiting for the refund. They don't return calls nor emails any more.

Do not trust LAND WORKS AFRICA (PTY) LTD T/A GEOTY RESOURCES: Scam
These guys are a scam. Same story as other clients... ordered and paid solar panels in full, which they confirmed they had in stock. Suddenly there was no stock. Then other complexities. Eventually they offered to refund, which again got dragged out, many excuses and ignoring our follow up calls. 3 months later, and they are ignoring us. The Geoty team that we worked with are all scamsters: Ireen, Andre and Albert. Be aware. Considering legal action.

bought a battery from them in nov/dec 2021 they never deliver nor refund me.Thy sent proof of refund with standard bank letterhead that do not exists. They never respond to emails or sms. They still havent paid me back since December

I placed an order with Geoty Resources for a Sunsynk Sun 8 kW Hybrid Inverter together with two lithium batteries on 07 April 2022. I effected full payment on the same date and have never received the equipment ordered. Initially, non-delivery was blamed on the floods in KZN (place of delivery) and subsequently, the supplier in Cape Town was blamed as well. Numerous telephonic calls and messages were ignored and finally, I visited their premises in Pretoria East where the Landlord advised they had vacated the premises due to non-payment of rental. According to the Landlord, I was just one of many unhappy customers who attempted to confront this company at their stated address. It is infuriating that companies such as this are able to take your money and vanish without a trace. Do not order online from companies without first visiting their premises to ensure both they and their products actually exist.
