Scam
I ordered and paid for panels in April which they confirmed to have in stock. Once payment was done, all of a sudden they no longer had stock and promised to refund. More than three after, I am still waiting for the refund. They don't return calls nor emails any more.

Bad Service from DSTV
Terrible service from DSTV My decoder stopped showing some channels and every time you call DSTV you get conflicting stories from the clueless consultants. First I was tolled my decoder is old and must be changed, when I tolled them my PVR is almost two years old, the story changed to the dish that needs alignment. Can somebody please tell me what's wrong, why am I not receiving the service I am paying for.

NO SERVICE
First reported the problem with my land line to Telkom on the 02 February and was given reference number 199CTZ020216 after numerous calls to their useless call centre they finally responded on the 25 <br> February that the service was restored. Got home tried the line and it was still not fixed. I called them again and reported the matter.<br> <br> On the 16 March I was again given another reference number (348CTZ160316) after calling the ever not helpful call centre about the same problem. Again there was no feed back about the progress of the phone until I called them again on the 01 April where my query was escalated.<br> <br> MORE THAN TWO MONTHS, I am still without service. I again contacted telkom on on the 06 April after they came back to me to say the unit is fixed but IT'S NOT FIXED.<br> <br> ALWAYS I AM THE ONE TO CALL THEM WITH NO FEEDBACK FROM THEM<br> MY LINE IS STILL NOT WORKING AFTER THEY PROMISED TO FIX IT<br> <br>

Pathetic customer care
I have been trying for more than two months now to change my two mtn contracts to pay as you. After numerous calls to the 808 customer care number and after sending 5 e-mails I am still battling to have this sorted. Today I again the customer care and the agent gave me a number to call 0836337477 but when callinf this number you get the message that the number does not exist in the mnt network?? How can that be if the number was given by mtn!!! <br>
