ROTTEN COMPANY AND SERVICE

I send my bakkie gear lever to be recon which costed me over R5000,got it back the mechanic placed back in the bakkie,Got my bakkie back drove it 2 weeks and the no gear on my bakkie,we removed the cover to find the same parts that was fix broke again.i called them the lady helped and said she will call me back,she replied via whatsapp state that i abused my gear lever thats why it broke and that their is no guarentee on recon car parts,i told her no where on your invoice does it state that.No i must call the next day the manager will be in and i can talk to her,day 2 i called the manager is not their she will be available the next day,day 3 i did not even bother to call as im already gatvol in their way of doing business,now i must pay the mechanic double to fix the problem.This so called company should not even be in business if this is the way they operate...they got my details they dont even bother to call me.A steven tells me they do care..DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM..
