Worst place to take your animal

Is the worst place to take your dog in. Avoid this place. After 3 hours my Yorkie died. During these 3 hours no diagnosis was made and confirmed by any tests. Therefor the correct treatment was not administered. The fees charged was R4900 for 3 hours. A Consultation and consultation surcharge was charged but no tests were done and no interest was shown to determine a correct diagnosis. An Oxygen fee of R1200 was charged for a 5kg dog which was on oxygen for 3 hours or less. After a formal complaint by e-mail was made 6 days ago and until now I received no feedback. If there are any other unhappy clients with similar experience please reply or rate this message whereby we can all complaint at the South African Veterinary Council and other possible councils.
