Paid yet unable to access service

Paid but unable to use services Joined yesterday, membership fee instantly went off however I have not been able to log into my account.

Have logged 3 online queries with no response other than automated reference numbers. Also called and got told another agent would phone me back, still nothing.

Phoned again this afternoon and they cannot find me on the system, I must phone back tomorrow.
