They offer a great service, had a few drinks, they fetch you & your car, & drive you home safely.... that is when you can get a response/booking! R359/month from 1 Jan for up to 4 free rides, used it Jan - Mar no problem, tried 3 times in April, no success at all!! No good if it doesn't work!

Still being billed after cancellation of the service. I have an email on record confirming the cancellation of the service but I am still being billed and the support email is not responding. ****, beware.

Extremely poor cancelations and after service. I cancel my subscription as per the online process then account still debited. Seems no one is competent enough to assist me. It seems that Ntokozo Thusi thinks the company belongs to her and that she can speak to customers the way she sees fit. I have asked her several times to get a manager to call me and she completely ignores my request. I have provided screenshots and evidence of my cancellation but insists that i never cancelled. She tells me that i never sent the request to them but did my cancellation with Get Driven directly??? What does that even mean as i have a Get Driven subscription???? I can the Get Driven call centre and they refer me to OnAirTV which is where Ntokozo is from.... I am so confused and unsure how i am able to be refunded for something that i have cancelled already.

Firstly, the app is pathetic - so many bugs. Then finally signed up but whenever I tried to book a ride, there were never any vehicles available. Eventually cancelled in January but they are still billing. They don't respond to emails or answer calls.

*****ing my money, constantly taking money off my account, after i have cancelled my account with them over 3 months ago, i phone and the calls dont go through, nobody ever gets back to me, month after month and they still taking my money from me. after i have cancelled my membership that i never ever used in the first place. i want my money refunded to me. most disgusting business i have ever come accross. i advice you to never ever use Get Driven. worst company

Signed up with them last year, but never used. Cancelled my account on the website in December 2022. Since then, money has been taken from my account every month. They dont reply to emails at all and their phone number just cuts you off every time.

Paid but unable to use services Joined yesterday, membership fee instantly went off however I have not been able to log into my account. Have logged 3 online queries with no response other than automated reference numbers. Also called and got told another agent would phone me back, still nothing. Phoned again this afternoon and they cannot find me on the system, I must phone back tomorrow.

I am wanting to sign-up to a take-me-home service and found a service provider on the internet called Get Driven. I called the help desk (number listed on their web-page) ... the service consultant could not assist me with some basic questions, he also refused to put me into contact with his supervisor. I sent an email to the support desk and received an automated response. My queries remain unresolved and no one is getting back to me ... I am wondering if this is a legitimate website. Has anyone heard of this service provider?
