Extremely poor cancelations and after service. I cancel my subscription as per the online process then account still debited. Seems no one is competent enough to assist me. It seems that Ntokozo Thusi thinks the company belongs to her and that she can speak to customers the way she sees fit. I have asked her several times to get a manager to call me and she completely ignores my request. I have provided screenshots and evidence of my cancellation but insists that i never cancelled. She tells me that i never sent the request to them but did my cancellation with Get Driven directly??? What does that even mean as i have a Get Driven subscription???? I can the Get Driven call centre and they refer me to OnAirTV which is where Ntokozo is from.... I am so confused and unsure how i am able to be refunded for something that i have cancelled already.
So I signed up with Axxess Fibre which I had for a month where I was told is would be a month to month contract and should I wish to cancel there would be no cancelation fees applied. I then decided to switch to a different provider and they debited my account for activation fees of R1000+ which I was so surprised as I used my own router and was activated remotely. I then questioned this and was told that this was part of my online contract where I accepted the T&C`s. I then requested evidence of this acceptance which to date I am still waiting for. Today the team leader Nonmonde Mpongoshe Xanti emailed me screen shots of an online process, which 1. was not applicable and 2. was not my application which made no sense to me. They are unable to prove my acceptance nor a contract yet telling me that I agreed to T&C`s??? How are they able to tell me that a accepted with no agreement?? I refuse to be held hostage for something that I did not agree to and if I did can this please be proved? For this short period of time that I have been with Axxess I have received terrible service and for this wish to move to a different ISP. Can you please either prove my acceptance or release me immediately.
