*****ing my money, constantly taking money off my account, after i have cancelled my account with them over 3 months ago, i phone and the calls dont go through, nobody ever gets back to me, month after month and they still taking my money from me. after i have cancelled my membership that i never ever used in the first place. i want my money refunded to me. most disgusting business i have ever come accross. i advice you to never ever use Get Driven. worst company
Webafrica are not helping us fix a issue. We have had no WiFi since Friday. We stay on the phone for ages with no help. We use the whatsapp line and get tossed from person to person. The service is disgusting. I’m paying over R600 a month for WiFi and have had none for a week.
I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED with the service being received. My credit card was stolen, I logged the fraud on the app. Had the card canceled. But to try and try a new credit card has been a month of HELL!!!! I have spent over 3 hours in the branch, where the guy tried to help, he was eventually on three different phone calls to assist. And all FNB could say is that the credit account has been blocked. We have tried to unblock it. I have answered all the necessary questions. It’s been 3 weeks and STILL no success. Today i spent 40 minutes on the phone with them, she approved the credit card, and then suddenly said no it can’t be processed. Can no body unblock the account???? After the call was dropped, nobody has called me back. I honestly can’t explain how frustrated I am, all I want is my credit card to be replaced. This has been a nightmare.
