I would to express my deepest disappointment to the attitude of their consultant towards my queries. On the 11 January 2023, I responded to a warning containing an invoice amount to R89 and I swiftly made instant payment of R100 to activate my account. The account is still cancelled and I have tried to contact their offices for ours but to no avail, eventually some one picked my call which ended up in resolved. This is down scaling our Business, in past year I have really enjoyed their services but the consultants here seem to use personal feelings than business ethics to handle customer complaints. We are unable to communicate with clients for hours now.
