No assistance with refund

I have never had the displeasure of dealing with a company with such incompetence in assisting me to get my money refunded back to me. I am being sent from pillar to post by the people that work there and absolutely no one is willing to assist.

Good day,

I still have not received feedback regarding when my refund would be processed or the status of this matter. This week would be the 2nd week that I have been trying to get this matter resolved. I received an email advising that the matter is being investigated and that is all.

I would like a response with regards to this before close of business today!!
