Project Management Short course

I am writing regarding the Project Management course I completed in 2021. Although I’ve been informed that the certificate was issued, I can confirm that I did not receive it — neither via email nor by post. I’ve submitted the requested affidavit confirming I did not receive my Project Management course certificate from 2021. However, I’ve been informed that the document is “incorrect.”
