GGGaming... holding back winnings

GG gaming worst company to have a betting account with....I made a withdrawal on Thursday 2nd 0f November....up till now 6th November funds not paid into my account... I queried the withdrawal on Friday and was told it's been processed and wil be released shortly...then nothing happened...on Saturday I did a query and was told the withdrawal will be referred to the finance department...then nothing happened... queried the withdrawal again yesterday Sunday the 5th November..then I'm told finance does not work on weekends... queried the withdrawal again to...then was told a email was sent to finance to follow up...it's now 13.45 on Monday and they have received no feedback from finance....come on GG gaming...pay out what is due when take the monies you guys don't have issues but now when it comes to payouts there is no feedback from finance.....do other customers really what to deal with a bookmaker like this...once my withdrawal is complete... please close my account...this is really poor service as you website says.. payments take 24 to 72 hours but now it's been way over 72 hours that I requested for the withdrawal.
