this guy should be in jail

<p>Gustav Hoekstra has been running this little scam for 10 years. He comes and asks to quote on the supply of windows for your project and comes in with a very low price. He asks for a deposit of 60% and then brings a couple of the cheapest windows and installs them and then nothing further. He keeps making excuses and pleading all sorts of problems for months on end. Eventually you have to give up and buy the windows from someone else, and he offers to refund the money but never does. He has done this to hundreds of people and he's still doing it so don't go near this guy! He did it to me and have lost  over R100k.</p>
