Incompetents or thief's

Terrible experience to deal with this company and owners. I requested a quote to have a simple 3x3m pond sealed. Neil came out and came across as knowledgeable. I explained that I would be buying a result and not a service. To my fault I did not get more quotes or advice and went ahead. During repair I did raise concerns of pealing paint but he assured me they know what they are doing. Needless to say the pond was leaking more after there service. After I phoned him 3 times he said his partner and he agreed that they will come and repair there work for extra money. what a cheek!

Neil "and his partner" is either incompetent or thief's. Leave it to him to decide.

When I finally repaired the work myself it was a fraction of the cost. They took me for a 700% profit ride. Learned my lesson.
