Money making scheme
GIBS operates like a money-making scheme, with poor lecture delivery. When students fail by just 2%, they are not only failed but also required to pay R17,000 for readmission, despite the subpar teaching. I deeply regret studying at GIBS, as they seem more focused on making money than supporting students who pay such high fees

19 Mar 2025, 06:11 We are sorry that your experience at GIBS was not ideal. Student success is core to GIBS ethos and I urge you to reach out to your programme management for help and support. I am sure you will recognise, that as an internationally accredited business school, it is critically important that GIBS maintains the standards it sets with regards to the marks required to pass each subject. That said, students are only required to reregister if they have failed three or more courses and the student may in such circumstances, appeal the applicable fees. Finally, GIBS is a non-profit organisation, which reinvests all income back into the School.
