Superb service from the word go! From being adamant that I was not prepared to install a complete new system, Douglas left having sold me a complete new system (very much because he was able to justify and explain why, and answer my 20k questions that came with it). There were some dependencies involved (erection of a new wall and extension of an existing wall), and Daphne consistently made contact to ensure that all was running according to plan. Things unfortunately didn’t go according to plan, and Daphne managed to push our fence installation out slightly (keeping in mind the 2 week lead time and them being extremely organised in this sense – this certainly upset their apple cart – yet they were still very much accommodating and understanding). Even went so far as enquiring on their end, about curing times of cement, and raised the tight timelines (between wall erection and electric fence installation) as a risk! They clearly do go the extra mile! Sam and his team did a sterling job of the installation on the day – and it’s quite obvious they are experienced and very much prepared for what the installation may throw their way (from having a welder, to cement on hand). All in all, the experience truly was a breath of fresh air, especially considering the poor customer service one somewhat becomes accustomed to! Keep up the great service and workmanship guys! I won’t hesitate to recommend (or commend) your services – and you certainly will be my “service provider of choice” going forward!
