Unsatisfactory Service

On 24 May 2021, Gigi's Furniture Removal "Specialists" moved my furniture from one estate in Centurion to another, some 15 km away. I specifically requested packing and insurance. The latter was never arranged. To my dismay, the following had occurred. 1. The teapot lid of my best dinner service was dropped and shattered; 2. The dressing table chair was damaged; 3. The Russell Hobbs coffeemaker was packed without bubble wrap, resulting in a broken glass jug, which, as became clear, cannot be replaced; 4. And, worst of all, my brand new, unopened Phillips Airfryer disappeared without a trace (Now valued at R6000-00).
