Fantastic moving experience
Recently moved our home contents with Gigi’s. The communication from Tania was excellent, always keeping me updated with dates and very specific times. This precise timing and communication is a rare find in today’s world (see my other review of a competitor moving company). The moving team arrived in the time slot allocated to me, they were very friendly, efficient and treated our furniture with care. 10/10 would highly recommend and use Gigi’s in the future.

Fantastic moving experience
Recently moved our home contents with Gigi’s. The communication from Tania was excellent, always keeping me updated with dates and very specific times. This precise timing and communication is a rare find in today’s world (see my other review of a competitor moving company). The moving team arrived in the time slot allocated to me, they were very friendly, efficient and treated our furniture with care. 10/10 would highly recommend and use Gigi’s in the future.

GIGI: Well done.
We have made use of Gigi's a number of times for more than 32 years. The service has always been very good. They have always been on time and very efficient. The crew is usually very friendly. The ladies at the office have always been very helpful. I can definitely recommend them.

Horrific after service
The most horrific after service, service I have experienced in a long time. The personnel at Gigi's was unwilling to correct their mistake of incorrectly assembling my filling cabinet and wanted to charge me an additional fee to correct their mistake that would not take them an hour to correct. I will never use them again, even if I have to pay 3 times what they would cost me.

The most horrific after service, service I have experienced in a long time. Excellent and affordable!!
This is the second time I used Gigi’s Removal company. I dealt with both Tania Olivier and Melandri Prinsloo who were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. Thank you so much foe the excellent service from you and Mabuti and his team. As a single woman I cannot praise you enough for your affordable and excellent service. What a pleasure!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
Previously I made use of two other removal companies which were quite nightmarish to be honest. Last year I decided to make use of "Gigi's Furniture Removal" after witnessing how efficient their people handled a move of a friend. I expected that Gigi's would be more expensive than the others, but to the contrary, their quotation was less than that of one of the nightmarish removal companies and Gigi's service was EXCELLENT.

Unsatisfactory Service
On 24 May 2021, Gigi's Furniture Removal "Specialists" moved my furniture from one estate in Centurion to another, some 15 km away. I specifically requested packing and insurance. The latter was never arranged. To my dismay, the following had occurred. 1. The teapot lid of my best dinner service was dropped and shattered; 2. The dressing table chair was damaged; 3. The Russell Hobbs coffeemaker was packed without bubble wrap, resulting in a broken glass jug, which, as became clear, cannot be replaced; 4. And, worst of all, my brand new, unopened Phillips Airfryer disappeared without a trace (Now valued at R6000-00).
