I had a good relationship with BONITAS for a number of years and pleased with their service. However, I terminated my membership for personal reasons and still happy in July 2025. I have/had a savings option that has a lot of money that needs to be paid back to me. Since then BONITAS has shown itself as a company that is confused and a lack of communication within itself, a constant breaker of promises and a lack of professionalism. In August 2025 documentation was requested for payout (this included proof of bank account), which was given. This was asked for again in September 2025 and given. I was told that my money would be paid out in January 2026. The money still has not been paid to me in middle February 2026. January 2026 I was told that the proof of bank account was outdated. I had to supply it again. Why then did they ask for it in August and September 2025?? 2026-01-27 I was told that turnaround is 14 days (presumably working days). The 14 days have come and gone. Promise broken again. Confusion in the company: Three emails from different people in one day: • "The turnaround will 5 working days.". (Their bad language, not mine) • "The turnaround time is 7-10 working days." • "Kindly be advised that your refund query has been noted, and your refund has been prepared and sent to the Finance Department for final approval. We sincerely apologise for the delay in this regard." Many other emails with different promises from different people and departments were sent. Not one of them in agreement, showing confusion within the company. All promises to date broken. The finance department cannot be trusted.
I have experienced bad internet connections for more than a month, and made multiple calls to VOX. They helped a number of times, and eventually a technician cam and replaced the router. It turns out that the problem is supposedly not VOX but Frogfoot that supplies the cable. Frogfoot is apparently busy fixing faulty machinery. It has now been 3 days where internet fibre is virtually unusable. I understand that faulty machinery needs replacing, but three plus days is just not acceptable. The line is up for about a minute, and then down for 3+ minutes. This very disruptive for my work and is causing problems. I am using my cellphone hotspot to write this report.

We have made use of Gigi's a number of times for more than 32 years. The service has always been very good. They have always been on time and very efficient. The crew is usually very friendly. The ladies at the office have always been very helpful. I can definitely recommend them.
My gripe is exactly the same as that of "Elize F": I am still awaiting a call-back from a representative regarding my cancellation, and I’ve also sent emails, but no response. I haven't used the Wi-Fi since February, yet I'm still being billed for the services I don't use. I am frustrated with the non-response. I think it's unfair to charge me for not using your services. There is also no signal received by my router. I am emailed back each time with "help is on its way". The following reference numbers have been assigned to me: * 16955400 * 16954968 * 18769870 * 18769870 On my first call I was told that someone would collect the router. This has not yet happened. Thus far no "help is on its way" has happened. When I now for the last two days made a call to cancel my service I get the following message "We are experiencing high volumes". After waiting for a few minutes I opt for the call-back. Yet hours later there has been no call back.
The website provides a window which states "Just say Y'ellow. Get in touch here". But there is nowhere where you can actually do it. At the bottom of the page there is provision for Twitter, Linkedin & YOUTUBE. Outside of YOUTUBE I do not have twitter nor linkedin. When you click on "Contact Us", you see the physical address, postal address, and a phone number. There is no access to email. I have no desire to speak to someone in the call centre. I have an MTN router. My problem is that up to two weeks ago everything worked well during load shedding. However since then the internet just cuts out after an hour. The last two days it now cuts out after 3/4 of an hour. And the signal tends to be weaker as time moves on. Another problem is that it is simply useless to try and connect once load shedding is on. I live in Kilnerpark x2, Pretoria.
Firstly, nobody answers the phone number provided. Secondly, Rain provides no place where they can be contacted by email. The internet signal is constantly dropping this morning, roughly every two minutes. And this in spite of the sms sent out by Rain that they are apparently attending to their problems. I live in the Kilnerpark suburb, Pretoria.
I write this review because Rain does not answer their help line, nor respond to emails. Rain has dropped connection here in Kilnerparkx2 Pretoria 3 times today.
There is no signal coming through since 14:00. The support line does not get answered. I have sent off two emails still no reply.
I have taken my car in a number of times already over the last two years with brake problems. They "fix" the problem, after originally stating that there is nothing wrong with the brakes, only for me to have to take it back for a while. Each time the car has to stay in for about two days. The last time it was in for a week - about 10 months ago - the longest working time so far. Almost the whole braking system has been replaced: master cylinder, slave cylinder, new brake fluid, bleeding, seals (this was attended to the last time apparently a dirty seal that was not before looked at). Now the brakes apparently need replacing. And each time I have to pay for new stuff, but it stays broken. The last two times I refused to pay. The last two times I took my car in for a service the car also had to stay over for two days. This is unprecedented.
