1. Updated address month ago but statement still reflects old address. 2. Lodged several complaints: Just received e-mail where it is forwarded to another agent who is requested to respond. You never get a response from that agent. 3. They don’t answer their phones. Was holding for 45 minutes and got very irritating message every 10 seconds that I am next in line. 4. Worst service ever!
Worst ever customer service! They don’t communicate, and claim they never received your emails. Asked the same question repeatedly. I cancelled my order with them - no response. Stay away from this company!
I am living alone and my electricity bill varies from R380 to R480 p.m. I received an electricity bill now for R11 636! I did not have guests or used more electricity. As a matter of fact I used less electricity because I bought an induction plate. How is this possible?
Same problem hundreds of other customers have: Icannot get my landline service cancelled. I have now stopped paying the invoices. You do not get a response from agents, online chats, bill disputes etc. etc.
