Zamo or Siya Khumalo, the agent/owner at Gilad Real Estate, stole my money which he took which was for the deposit for a rental apartment he promised me. This guy is a *****, he goes around taking people's monies.

Rendford Real Estate engaged in ^^^^ activities
I would like to make everyone aware that Sean Ntuli who was previously working at Gilad Real Estate Group is now operating as an estate agent by Rendford Real Estate is a ^^^^ster. He took advantage of my situation by finding a tenant for my unit and retaining the deposit for himself. Despite constant interaction with him, he has failed to follow on his promises and displayed a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I urge everyone not to make use of their services to avoid being ^^^^med and urge everyone to work together to shut their business down. He honestly doesn't care and extremely unprofessional.

I d like to make everyone aware that Sean no longer operates as Gilad Real Estate Group, however they now operate as Rendford Real Estate and goes by the name Sean Ntuli on Property 24. Let’s all work together to find these guys so they can be shut down.

Zamokwakhe Sean Siyathuthuka Khumalo (known as Zamo or Siya), director/agent at Gilad Real Estate Group is a ****mer, he took advantage of my situation, promised me a house to rent where I had to pay a deposit and he disappeared with my money. He is a registered director in five other companies which I believe he also uses to **** people. People be warned!! This has ^^cked up my finances, and this guy just does not care!!!!!

Zamo Sean Khumalo, an owner or agent is an evil person, he is operating as a real estate agent *****ing and ****ming people of money for moving in deposits and rent and not paying over to landlords and then disappearing. I am in a huge mess with the landlord of where I moved in now being evicted ********ly because this ***** guy didn’t pay my rent in advance over to the landlord. I’m up and down in court and he’s not responding to emails and calls. I don’t understand how he is getting away with such and not being arrested. Warning to anyone who comes across this name to stay away and not engage with this guy unless you want to kiss your money goodbye!!!!

No refund paid back in almost a year of waiting
This real estate group is a *****ulent business, they pressured Me to pay funds and left my family a new born baby and myself homeless and broke as we paid them the last funds we had in all our accounts.
