I called the Vodacom customer care line this afternoon and spoke to a guy called Vusi who wasn’t listening and didn’t even try to assist me with my issue. Over 5GB disappeared in less than 30min. For some weird reason I got multiple Vodacom sms’s at one go on the balance of my data when I didn’t have anything unusual turned on, on my device. He insisted that there was usage regardless of my explanation that there’s nothing on, I’m annoyed by the lack of investigation and poor customer care. Vodacom I want my data!!!! Communicate if there’s an issue. Those sms’s were a sign that something is wrong!!! I want my data!!!!

Zamo Sean Khumalo, an owner or agent is an evil person, he is operating as a real estate agent *****ing and ****ming people of money for moving in deposits and rent and not paying over to landlords and then disappearing. I am in a huge mess with the landlord of where I moved in now being evicted ********ly because this ***** guy didn’t pay my rent in advance over to the landlord. I’m up and down in court and he’s not responding to emails and calls. I don’t understand how he is getting away with such and not being arrested. Warning to anyone who comes across this name to stay away and not engage with this guy unless you want to kiss your money goodbye!!!!

Ramsy Kgosana was the agent that assisted me via Miway WhatsApp. He is so efficient, friendly online and immediately sorted out my queries, twice! Glad Miway has employees like him, he’s a Star!
Thanks to Lehlohonolo Mokgatla who managed to calm me down today after my 1st call received from Miway, sent me into panic! She was calm, very well informed and was able to take me through options that bought about a great conclusion. Thanks my Sweetie, keep doing a great job!
DSTV's service is absolutely appalling. Their billing is always wrong, taking money that you didn't agree on, when you call, you're on hold forever and, finally get through to agents that cannot assist you with anything and always say they'll escalate to a non existent email address, don't return your calls, never resolve queries and no one calls you back and they just continue to bill wrong amounts again the next month and then cycle continues! It's disgusting how they're quick to sign on new clients but treat them like trash. And you can't even cancel cos they'll charge you an arm and a leg anyways for the remainder of the agreement. I AM SICK OF THIS RIGHT NOW AND SOOOOOOOOOOOOO FED UP WITH DSTV AND THEY'RE BAD BILLING AND BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS A WASTE OF MONEY CONSIDERING ALL YOU PAY FOR IS TO WATCH REPEATS OF EVERYTHING 20 TIMES OVER!!!!!!!! DSTV get your act together and fix your mess, I want my money BAC****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Agent was Aaqilah Thebus, oh my word, what a STAR! She's been prompt and helpful throughout my booking and absolutely everything. Always kept me updated and even called me when I need to clarify details. She's got the sweetest voice and was so friendly and made my friend and I feel special. Excellent customer service I must say. All our trips are going to be booked by her in future. She's Awesome!
