Never again. Shipment took 10 days to arrive from main centre to main centre, during the delay, they did not reply to my enquiry about the delays at all. Product did not work out the box...called them and the guy said the will send me a mail on how to get it back to them to be checked out/replaced, needless to say he never did. Also sent them a new email about the 'new, faulty item'....no reply once again! I then went ahead an bought a similar splitter box from a chinese shop and it worked perfectly right away. Gizzu's piece of **** is now lying here, they can collect or replace it/not, refund it/not, I don't really care, they seem to be very good at ignoring all their customers, so I guess one naive person is now quite relieved that the responsiblity to trade ethically has now been lifted from their shoulders by me...Got a slogan for you lot.... 'Gizzu..Don't do the right thing'
