They steal parts from your car so you can always come back and put your car parts in other cars they fixing. Do not go there. They will rob you blind.

So in 2018 we experienced smoke coming out our exhaust pipe, I did some searching on the net and found that Glazier Tech seemed to be a good service provider. Gave them a call and they instantly knew what was the cause of the smoking. They repaired our Turbo within a week and the car was 100%. We were so pleased by their service and knowledge about BMWs that when we experienced our car overheating, loosing coolant level and oil mixing with water, we had no doubt about sending it to them to be fixed. Worst mistake EVER!! They told us it would take 3 days to change the cooling system at a cost of R12000. Three days turned into 1 month. R12000 turned into R20000. When we did eventually pick up our car, drove a few kms, the car switched off and did not want to start. We couldve caused a huge accident. People couldve died. They had to come and give my husband a boost. Got home and found that oil was still mixing with water and we were still losing the coolant level. So what exactly did we pay for? A car just switching off and battery problems that we NEVER had. We took it back to them to sort out this problem that was never there and fix what we paid them to fix. While there my husband stood in their workshop to see how they operate and found that they take parts from other cars that are in the workshop also getting fixed and place them in other cars. He also experienced another customer come to collect his car and the car not starting. What did they do? They took his computer box out his car, came out the workshop with another computer box and instantly the car started. Thats when we realised what crooks and thieves these people are!! No integrity whatsoever!! Who knows what else they did to our car. After calling and calling we kept getting excuses about the car getting sent for recoding and they testing it. 3 days now turned into 2 MONTHS!!! With no communication from them. We had to always call them with promises of a return call but NEVER got a return call not once! Until we got fedup of their excuses and told them we reporting them to RMI. Instantly they called saying we can pick up our car its ready. What happened to it being tested? Got our car back, with more issues. Drivetrain alarm stays on. Car has bad performance. They absolutely messed up our car. I will never recommend anyone to go there. They lie steal and cheat hardworking people. They have no integrity whatsoever. Do not go there. You will definitly regret it.
