Not happy
I placed a order on the 16th July 2025. Its the 28th of August 2025 and still didnt receive my order. When I mail them they just say they cant refund me I will have to wait. Its a bussines in SA and not imported.

Glitter and Glamour Creations
This is the worst place I have ever dealt with! We received my daughter's infinity bridesmaid dresses a day before the wedding and they were completely transparent!!! Had to pay a dressmaker a huge emergency fee to insert linings the night before the wedding and arrange for a courier to bring them to the venue as we had left already. We sent approximately 80 E-mails regarding the delivery date - no response! No manner of communication whatsoever! Terrible, poor service!

This is the worst place I have ever dealt with! We received my daughter's infinity bridesmaid dresses a day before the wedding and they were completely transparent!!! Had to pay a dressmaker a huge emergency fee to insert linings the night before the wedding and arrange for a courier to bring them to the venue as we had left already. We sent approximately 80 E-mails regarding the delivery date - no response! No manner of communication whatsoever! Terrible, poor service!

No Glamour about their poor Service
I am very dissapointed in this company. There is no Glamour about their service or their word. I am getting married in two months and still waiting for my Bridesmaid dresses. They are easy in taking payments but some reason slow in response. You cant get hold of them. I need a resonse and want the Bridesmaid dresses or a full refund. Paid in August 2018 and still waiting..... This unexceptable!

No Glamour about their poor Service

Glitter and Glamour, stealing money from brides.
If I could give it zero stars I would. I ordered my dresses loong ago. My wedding was 2 weeks ago and my dresses still have not arrived. I had to pay extra to get last minute bridesmaids dresses made. They have made their email in such a way that they can send emails but you are not able to reply to anything. The emails just bounce back. And their phones go to voicemail. They should be ashamed of their service delivery and the stress that they have added to the lives of many brides. Utterly, disgustingly poor service.

Just take your money and produce nothing!!
I’m another victim of this company, ordered and bought 3 dresses end of August. After them taking a week to confirm my payment I started to suspect something was up. There was around 20 emails back and forth between myself and Casey, after the 10 weeks had passed i sent Casey an email demanding for an update and was “assure I’ll have my dresses before my wedding” yet I never disclosed on my order form when I was getting married!! Anyway I sent another email at the beginning of the week and it didn’t go through, Karen and her husband Nico phone numbers also no longer work. Extremely frustrating and disappointing !! I went with this company because a few others gave me the impression they were scam artists. Is there anything we can do? I honestly don’t think think Karen should get away with this, if her supplier went bust then fair enough at least refund us half our money. It’s really disgraceful and I really hope no one else gets scammed by this woman — Please people be aware !!!

Horific service & communication
My wedding is this week Saturday (8 December 2018) and I still have not received my dresses or any confirmation regarding my order. I just want to warn anybody who is considering using this company to save yourself the heartache and to save your money and find somebody more reputable. Glitter and glamor creations are quick to communicate when it comes to payment but they do not deliver according to their promises. I have back and forth communication with them but no luck yet. They have now even resorted to blocking all my email communications from going through. Never will I recommend, refer or use them Ever!! Karen and Casey have really disappointed me and cost me a hefty amount of money.

Do not order from them
I ordered 5 infinity dresses last year for my wedding this year. I did receive the 5 dresses. This year i ordered another 2 dresses for my bridesmaids. They removed their fb account, deactivated their email account the moment i started to enquire about my order. Please they are scammers. No communication you will get from them. They take your money and then you never hear from them again.

Do not order from them
