The service was exceptional and their responses was quick and accurate. From initial contact to the installation. I would really recommend fliber.
What ****py service in Fichardtpark. Waiting for our order two hours later still with no food or service. Calling Stefan the manager about our complaint and his only response was not to "threaten him" while he was relaxing at home already no wonder they cant keep up o with all the orders coz there is no service.
I am very Disappointed in this courier company, i've been waiting for two weeks for my parcel sent from bloemfontein. The driver claims he did phone but i never received a call and there was three numbers on there which not one of us got a phone call, This is definitely a company i won't refer....
I am very dissapointed in this company. There is no Glamour about their service or their word. I am getting married in two months and still waiting for my Bridesmaid dresses. They are easy in taking payments but some reason slow in response. You cant get hold of them. I need a resonse and want the Bridesmaid dresses or a full refund. Paid in August 2018 and still waiting..... This unexceptable!
I am very unhappy. I cancelled a debit order and for some reason the debit still went off from my account after i cancelled it from my account. I need it reversed soon as possible.
Good Day, I had a debit of R99 going off my account not sure why coz i have no debit orders. We always go to the same steers for our take aways. We always received great service but not tonight. Not only we had to wait 25 minutes for our order but received cold food. Clearly the staff cant work under pressure. Very disappointing. Will definitely think twice before going to steers again. :(
<p>I am still waiting for fnb to resolve my issue where they debit my account without my authorization. A week later and still no feedback. I am not happy. what happened to "how can we help you"???</p>
<p>I am not very impress with fnb service, firstly two debit orders went off my account which I didnt authorise. No one could help me at the fnb branch in pinetown which I waited for 40 min. Then I had to phone customer care and waited for another 40 min on the line which no one answered... Which is unacceptable. The problem is still not sorted and lost a hour and half from my work. I need someone to reverse the debit orders for me, at the moment not a happy camper.</p>
<p>Not only not happy with their service, when they delivered ask us if we required change and then the driver said he didnt have change and to make matters worse they got our wrong. Then I dpije to a lafy at the call centre for kfc promised that she will make sure he will bring it back and no surprise they cant keep up with their word.I will for sure wont use of kfc again.</p>
