EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

I am extremely disappointed!! Made a booking with the owner for today - As it's my daughter's 10th birthday, but she never pitched. Tried calling her numerous times but no answer even the landlord tried calling her.....

How does one do something like this, it's not like I must still pay. I've paid already and want my money back.

This is very disappointing and extremely unprofessional.

I ask before via email if the 7th April'25 is available and the owner rep**** and said yes. I have email correspondence where the booking was confirmed for today.
