I am extremely disappointed!! Made a booking with the owner for today - As it's my daughter's 10th birthday, but she never pitched. Tried calling her numerous times but no answer even the landlord tried calling her..... How does one do something like this, it's not like I must still pay. I've paid already and want my money back. This is very disappointing and extremely unprofessional. I ask before via email if the 7th April'25 is available and the owner rep**** and said yes. I have email correspondence where the booking was confirmed for today. TERRIBLE!!
I've been purchasing items online from Homemark before and will surely be the last last time that I'll purchase from them-As I've purchased a Little Bambino Trendsetter for my baby son as a Christmas gift to find that not all the parts are not in the box. I've sent numerous emails with no satisfaction. I can't use the item and it's very disappointing and so frustrating. The last reponse from one of their customer service agent telling me they waiting on a quotation from the relevant department. I can only learn from my own experience not to make any online purchases inorder to avoid disappointments.
Oh my word , we do I start. I've never came across a store manager being so unprofessional. I have contacted Devland Hyper Epping spoke to the store manager regarding my chocolate mouse I bought the week of Christmas and used before the used by date which was the 2Jan 2022, and was told by the store manager Mr Allie to contact the Supplier as he will not be able to assist me, really. Because according to him I had to open it the day after purchasing the item in order for him to assist me, that you call bad customer service. Plus he hung up after I tried to explain why does items has expiry dates If I had to use it the same day or the day after... I'm so shocked for the way this store manager handled my situation. It's making me realize not to go back to shop at Devland Hyper Epping.
Being a loyal customer one would think the service would be excellent. Unsatisfied loyal customer,trying to cancel my contract with Telkom and was advised to do cancellations online! What a catastrophe as I've been trying for weeks to cancel my month to month contract but yet unsuccessful.. I need to cancel my contract immediately! Please contact me 0832601184
They've change the plan and expect you as the member to provide your GP's practice number etc before you can use the medical aid again,however I've tried to call them numerous times but you hold on so long as a result your airtime gets depleted before speaking to an consultant. This morning I called them again and asked the consultant to call me back but was told that she must first asked her manager before she can call me back.The call got cut because you must hold on so long for assistance and still didn't get to provide my primary and secondary GP's information.

Trying to open a bank account for my son but the incompetent consultant who did not even try to assist me I didn't manage to get his name is more concern that the account will be blocked due to my proof of address that is still on my maiden surname telling me why isn't it change already.
