Online that's permanently offline

I placed an order 11-01-2021 and was informed that delivery would be 4 days. a week and a half later my order had not arrived. I email, phoned and even whatsapp''ed vis the company's Facebook page to no avail. I had to clime in my car and drive to PTA from JHB to get an answer from incompetent staff to tell me that had no stock. they assured me that they would email me by the time I got home to sort out the refund. I am still waiting for that email. Stay away from these clowns !!!!

I don't know how they can claim to have an online arm.
