worst travel agent ever

This is the worst travel agency ever to make a booking with. Did not give me info when travelling to Uganda such as that I need the yellow fever injection which is crucial when you land. Also decided to not help me anymore two weeks before I had to travel. left me without the neccasary accomodation in Uganda
