phone stolen in their shop
I dont even want to put any stars at the company name. My phone brand new samsung s22 was stolen out of my hands under their camera. still waiting for harbour bay management simonstown to call me with feedback. their security didnt do anything but told me to put my mask on while I was shivering with anger

worst travel agent ever
This is the worst travel agency ever to make a booking with. Did not give me info when travelling to Uganda such as that I need the yellow fever injection which is crucial when you land. Also decided to not help me anymore two weeks before I had to travel. left me without the neccasary accomodation in Uganda

Home insurance
Good day, someone broke into my home more than a week ago, we reported to the police and called Standard bank with the case number. it is a week later and I still have not heard anything from them. my insurance are with them. I have been a client 10years. this is BAD service
