Disappointing

I placed an order with them on 01 Aug 2024. I recieved no order confirmation and contacted the store through Whatsapp, asking for an order confirmation and they informed me they were having issues with issuing them but it has been resolved. I mentioned that i still havent recieved and I would like to track the order. They told me to allow 4-6 working days for delivery, this was on the 05 Aug 2024.

On the 09 Aug 2024 I mentioned that I was not happy on how my query has been handled and they rep**** on Whatsapp saying my order will be out for delivery and soneone from the store would be contacting me. The store contacted me the same day saying the item is out of stock and the manufacturer will no longer be producing the Versace Tributes. Unhappy I asked for a full refund, but was told I need to chose something else in the same price range. The lady at the store said she would be sending pictures and I can choose, its Aug 14 and I am still waiting. I called again after not getting feedback or pictures and another Lady said she would be escalating. At this point i just want my money back because what a disappointing service and I do not want anything they offering except for my money back
