They did nothing about my purchase, did not receive anything from them no refund nothing. The item I bought was never delivered. No explanations nothing. After being a loyal customer.

I placed an order with them on 01 Aug 2024. I recieved no order confirmation and contacted the store through Whatsapp, asking for an order confirmation and they informed me they were having issues with issuing them but it has been resolved. I mentioned that i still havent recieved and I would like to track the order. They told me to allow 4-6 working days for delivery, this was on the 05 Aug 2024. On the 09 Aug 2024 I mentioned that I was not happy on how my query has been handled and they rep**** on Whatsapp saying my order will be out for delivery and soneone from the store would be contacting me. The store contacted me the same day saying the item is out of stock and the manufacturer will no longer be producing the Versace Tributes. Unhappy I asked for a full refund, but was told I need to chose something else in the same price range. The lady at the store said she would be sending pictures and I can choose, its Aug 14 and I am still waiting. I called again after not getting feedback or pictures and another Lady said she would be escalating. At this point i just want my money back because what a disappointing service and I do not want anything they offering except for my money back

I have been one of the supporters for global eyes and my recent purchase was nothing short of horrible experience, the courier service that they’re currently offering is one frustrating service, and every time I’d check the status of my order delivery it keeps on showing unable to to deliver yet there’s never been anyone who came to my house to deliver I’ve used my time and money to follow up with DSV courier and to my frustration I was sent from one department and to the other with no positive outcome I will never buy from global eyes

I bought my spectacles online and it was an amazingly easy experience. The selection they have is world class with lots of top brands. The support team was also very friendly and patient. I also compared prices and they were by far the best value out there, especially on luxury brands.
