Good day
Global is denying my claim due to the fact that our car was'nt service in 2024,however we only got the car in June 2024 and was'nt explained that I need to service the car in 2024. We did do a service in Jan 2025. The dealership did'nt explain this process and now they are penalizing me due to that. I just need some guidance on how to proceed with the next steps. Not receiving any help from global. The advisor's name is Dirk Matthee not provinding me with any solution.
