Good day Global is denying my claim due to the fact that our car was'nt service in 2024,however we only got the car in June 2024 and was'nt explained that I need to service the car in 2024. We did do a service in Jan 2025. The dealership did'nt explain this process and now they are penalizing me due to that. I just need some guidance on how to proceed with the next steps. Not receiving any help from global. The advisor's name is Dirk Matthee not provinding me with any solution.
I writing this review due to the bad experience I have been receiving from Octotel. I lost connection on the 3rd of August 2024 and since today I still have been waiting for the fibre to be fixed. They keep saying the same story there is gang wars going on that's why they won't be able to fix the fibre. I'm working from home and need my fibre. I can't keep buying data, it's been almost 2 weeks without internet. I don't understand why they don't get security to come and fix the fibre because there is alot of people the area that doesn't have connection. The saddest part is that I work for a fibre company and I don't have internet.
