⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I want to give a huge shoutout to Octotel for their outstanding service! Quinton and Adiel came to restore my internet cables and were incredibly fast and efficient. They reassured me that the problem would be fixed quickly so I could resume my work from home, and true to their word, they exceeded my expectations in no time. The service I received was top-notch—professional, reliable, and impressive. I will definitely recommend Octotel to my friends and family. Great job, Quinton and Adiel! Keep up the excellent work.

I made payment for my internet almost a month ago I'm still waiting for my internet to gon I emailed and messaged on WhatsApp every day asking for a feedback nothing all I get is the same excuses but no work I asked them to send someone out nothing help they keep on telling me try again tomorrow this is bad really bad

Octotel is a total rip-off. Even though they are not even my direct ISP, their monopoly on the fiber lines has forced my provider to hit me with a 19% price increase. It is pure corporate greed. They are holding the whole neighborhood hostage and driving up costs for everyone. A 20% jump for the exact same service is daylight *******. Disgusting behavior

Called about 30 times in the last week because i am forced to acceot an upgrade i do not want. When you call there is never an agent available..how is this legally allowed?

Octotel is honestly one of the most frustrating companies to deal with. Acting like customers have no choice because they dominate Blouberg is disgusting. This is exactly how monopoly behaviour looks, force people into overpriced packages, ignore complaints, then delete comments on TikTok so nobody sees the truth. How do you tell people what THEY can and cannot do with THEIR own money? If someone wants to downgrade their line because times are hard and they do not need expensive speeds, that should be their right. Instead, customers get left without internet while being treated like they must just accept it because there are barely any alternatives. And then deleting comments? That is ***ard behaviour. If your service is so good, why silence unhappy customers instead of fixing the problem? People are frustrated, struggling and paying for a service they are not even receiving properly while the company keeps pushing marketing online like everything is perfect. Absolutely pathetic customer treatment. Not even worth one star. We need to come together in Cape Town and Boycott this company

Pathetic company. Forcing customers to upgrade and you are not allowed to downgrade your package. When yoh call there is no agent available when you email no one replies. This is pure *******ion and needs to be investigated. How is this even allowed.
