Octotel is honestly one of the most frustrating companies to deal with. Acting like customers have no choice because they dominate Blouberg is disgusting. This is exactly how monopoly behaviour looks, force people into overpriced packages, ignore complaints, then delete comments on TikTok so nobody sees the truth. How do you tell people what THEY can and cannot do with THEIR own money? If someone wants to downgrade their line because times are hard and they do not need expensive speeds, that should be their right. Instead, customers get left without internet while being treated like they must just accept it because there are barely any alternatives. And then deleting comments? That is ***ard behaviour. If your service is so good, why silence unhappy customers instead of fixing the problem? People are frustrated, struggling and paying for a service they are not even receiving properly while the company keeps pushing marketing online like everything is perfect. Absolutely pathetic customer treatment. Not even worth one star. We need to come together in Cape Town and Boycott this company
I have been trying to do a simswap for 3 weeks now. I just woke up one morning and my simcard was inactive (it kept saying emergency call and I thought it was network) I went to the nearest branch and I was told that my number is being used by someone else. I have attempted to do simswap more than 3 times with no success. I need that number back coz literally everything in my life is registered in that number. I cannot access certain things in my life because I cannot get OTPs as I no longer have access to that number. This is making me so furious honestly
